Acknowledgements

We can only perform your polygraph examination if you acknowledge and accept the terms below. Please read them carefully and then tick the box to accept them.

  1. Questions cannot be based on opinions (do you think, do you love etc.) they must be based on physical events (i.e. did X happen?)
  2. You can ask a maximum of 3 questions during the test, however the Examiner will discuss the validity of the questions with you prior to the test. If your test is related to a serious or criminal issue then the Examiner will strongly advise that the questions used during the test relate to the 1 issue only, this will be discussed prior to the test.
  3. Any withheld information pertinent to the test could result in the test being stopped whereby no refund will be offered.
  4. The examinee MUST provide photographic identification on arrival. If you fail to produce suitable photographic identification the examination will be terminated with no refund.
  5. We cannot test examinees who are at risk of harm, or in a violent relationship
  6. We cannot test applicants who are pregnant
